I’m Sean also known as redshift. I am a jack of all trades, master of none recreational programmer.

I like to try keep it simple (KISS) and not think too much about stuff though the latter is harder than it seems… also because web design is not my forte.

In 2019 I created a semi-internet-famous old-school link list to some sites that are cool or interesting which has moved to here now.

Please note: This site is created by hand and with a text editor and help from a static site generator called Hugo – no AI. If AI somehow appears I will actively set out to get rid of it.

Stuff I have made and do

• Insight Lander Image API Python Library – A library for parsing the somewhat hidden NASA Insight Lander Images API.
• Library for the Mars 2020 (Perseverance rover, Ingenuity helicopter) Raw Images API. – A library which grabs images from the Mars 2020 Raw Images site with its hidden API.
• Arachnid Package Manager – An experimental package manager based on some principles of the nix package manager. From the days of tinkering with the idea of creating a distro.
